Job description
We're looking for a Compliance Officer to work with the Head of Compliance in the day-to-day operation of the local compliance framework. The role will be responsible for assigned compliance activities and may hold an FSRA Approved Person position, subject to the applicable FSRA approval requirements. The Compliance Officer is responsible for assigned interactions and coordination with regulators, law enforcement and other competent bodies and authorities, and advises staff and senior management on relevant regulatory and internal compliance policy matters.
